Buying from us

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. If something is mispriced or out of stock, we will tell you and refund in full rather than substituting or silently cancelling.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices, but never after you have paid.

Using this site

The text, photography and design here are ours. Do not scrape the catalog or reuse the product photography commercially. Everything else — linking, sharing, screenshotting a toy to a group chat — is welcome.

Warranty

Our toys are warranted against defects for one year under normal play. That is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Liability

We are responsible for the toys we sell being safe and as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
